Wealth Kick Challenge: 30 free money moves in 30 days
In Good Wealth's free Wealth Kick Challenge shares one money task a day on Instagram and TikTok until 29 November, alongside Dubai Fitness Challenge.
The UAE-based financial wellbeing brand's challenge covers earning, saving, growing, spending and protecting your money, with a free Financial Wellbeing Score at the start and end to track progress.

Dubai Fitness Challenge is all about 30 days of movement, but one UAE brand wants residents to give their finances a workout too. Financial wellbeing brand In Good Wealth is running a free Wealth Kick Challenge on Instagram and TikTok, sharing one practical money task each day until 29 November.
The challenge started on 31 October, but it is free to join at any point. Missed days can be picked up on the brand's social channels.
How it works
Participants start by taking a free Financial Wellbeing Score, then follow one "money move" a day. On Day 30, they take the same assessment again to see what has changed.
The idea mirrors physical fitness: small, steady actions that add up over time, rather than a dramatic overhaul.
What the daily tasks cover
The challenge is based on In Good Wealth's Prosperity Power 5 framework, which splits financial wellbeing into five connected areas: Earn, Save, Grow, Spend and Protect.
Examples of the daily tasks include:
- Checking whether your pay has kept up with your role
- Working out how long your savings could cover your essential costs
- Reviewing where your money went last month
- Checking what protection your workplace provides
- Creating a simple record of your important financial information
Who is behind it
In Good Wealth was founded by Charis Marr and Shana Doherty. The brand offers education, coaching, workshops and digital tools aimed at building financial confidence without jargon. Its first digital product, The Money Check In, is a self-guided seven-day programme.
In Good Wealth states that its content is for general information and education only, and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It is not a licensed financial adviser, so for decisions about your own finances, speak to a qualified professional.
Why money belongs in a wellness plan
Financial worries can affect sleep, relationships and stress levels as much as any other part of life. A daily task that takes a few minutes is an easy way to start paying attention, especially for anyone who tends to avoid looking at their bank balance.
