Time Out Market Dubai is teaming up with wellness studio POSTURE. to bring Pilates and yoga to its outdoor terrace this November as part of Dubai Fitness Challenge. Set against views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain, the month-long programme features a rotating line-up of classes led by experienced instructors, including Classical Pilates, Contemporary Mat Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga. Each one-hour session is followed by a specially curated breakfast, with every AED 260 ticket including one dish and one beverage. It is a fresh way to combine movement, good food and a little weekend indulgence in Downtown Dubai.

Dubai’s fitness scene is finding new ways to bring movement into everyday life, and this November, one of Downtown Dubai’s best-known dining destinations is adding a wellness twist to its weekend offering. Time Out Market Dubai is joining forces with local wellness studio POSTURE. for a series of outdoor Pilates and yoga sessions, pairing morning exercise with breakfast and views of the Burj Khalifa.

Launching on 7 November as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, the month-long collaboration will transform the Market’s outdoor terrace into a morning fitness space. Each class will run from 8.30am to 9.30am, giving participants the chance to enjoy an hour of movement overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain before sitting down to breakfast.

A different way to start the weekend

The programme brings together Pilates and yoga, with each session led by a teacher from POSTURE. Rather than following the same format every week, the schedule introduces different disciplines throughout the month, offering participants the opportunity to try a new style of movement or spend more time practising one they already enjoy.

The series opens on 7 November with Classical Pilates, led by POSTURE. founder Elle Sawyer. On 14 November, the focus shifts to Vinyasa Yoga with lead yoga teacher Hatti Williams, followed by Contemporary Mat Pilates with Ellie Robinson on 21 November. The final listed session returns to Vinyasa Yoga with Hatti Williams.

The varied programme reflects the different ways people can incorporate movement into their routines, whether through the controlled exercises of Pilates or the flowing sequences of Vinyasa yoga. Taking the classes outdoors also offers a change from the traditional studio setting, with Downtown Dubai providing the backdrop.

From the workout to breakfast

Of course, the experience does not finish when the class ends. Each ticket includes one breakfast dish and one beverage of the participant’s choice, with refreshments served immediately after the workout. Guests can then take their time over breakfast, making the most of the terrace and its surroundings before heading into the rest of the day.

It is this combination of movement and food that gives the collaboration its appeal. For those who enjoy making their weekend mornings a little more active, it offers a chance to bring a workout and a relaxed breakfast together in one setting. It also creates an opportunity to experience Time Out Market Dubai beyond its usual dining offer.

Tickets are priced at AED 260 per person, including the one-hour class, breakfast dish and beverage. Parking is available at Souk Al Bahar, with the first four hours complimentary.

Making the most of Dubai Fitness Challenge

Taking place during Dubai Fitness Challenge, the collaboration gives residents another way to take part in the city-wide initiative and make physical activity part of their daily lives. With a mix of Pilates and yoga on the programme, the sessions offer an accessible starting point for anyone looking to introduce more movement into their weekends.

For Time Out Market Dubai, the partnership also brings a new dimension to its outdoor terrace, combining its food-led setting with a wellness experience. For participants, it is a reminder that an active morning does not have to mean rushing from one commitment to the next. Sometimes, it can simply be an hour of movement followed by good food and a view.

The sessions begin on 7 November, with classes scheduled from 8.30am to 9.30am. Places can be booked through Platinumlist.
