Crank in the Dunes returns to Al Maha desert resort
CRANK and Al Maha bring back Crank in the Dunes, a sunrise spin class in the desert on Saturday 7 November, with packages from AED 390 including breakfast.
Two 45-minute classes run at 7am and 8am, spaces are limited, and riders can add a day at the pool and spa or stay overnight in a desert villa.

If your usual spin class happens in a dark studio, this one swaps the disco lights for a desert sunrise. CRANK is bringing back Crank in the Dunes at Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa, on Saturday 7 November. It is the second year the two have teamed up, and spaces are limited.

Why a desert workout is worth the early alarm
Exercising outdoors at sunrise offers cooler temperatures, fresh air and a calm start to the weekend. Pairing a short, intense class with a slow breakfast and time in the spa also makes for a balanced morning: effort first, then proper recovery.
If you go, bring a water bottle, wear layers for the cool desert morning, and leave extra time for the drive out of the city.
