Ribambelle’s Family Wellness Season Makes Healthy Living A Family Affair
Ribambelle is celebrating two years in Dubai by turning its anniversary into a 10-week exploration of family wellness. Bringing together nutrition, healthcare, movement and education, the new Family Wellness Season takes a more joyful approach to healthy living: one designed to help parents and children discover wellbeing together, without the restrictions.

Wellness can sometimes feel like another item on the to-do list. Meal planning, fitness classes, supplements, sleep routines, screen-time rules… All worthwhile, but not always easy to fit into the reality of family life. What if wellbeing could feel less like something to manage and more like something to enjoy together?
That is the idea behind Ribambelle Dubai’s inaugural Family Wellness Season, a 10-week programme launching at the end of September and running through November to mark the family destination’s second anniversary in the city.
Rather than presenting wellness as a set of restrictions or rigid routines, Ribambelle is taking a more joyful approach, bringing together food, movement, education, healthcare and family experiences designed to make healthier living feel accessible for both parents and children.

The season officially begins with a Grand Opening Party on 2 October at Ribambelle’s Bluewaters location, bringing its community together to celebrate two years in Dubai while introducing a new chapter for the family-focused destination.
Making wellness something families actually enjoy
The idea behind Family Wellness Season is refreshingly simple: healthy habits are more likely to become part of everyday life when they are enjoyable.
For Yulia Fedorishina, Founder of Ribambelle, that means moving away from the idea that wellness needs to feel like another responsibility. “Wellness should be something families enjoy together, rather than something that feels like another responsibility,” she says.

It is a particularly relevant approach for Dubai’s families, where busy schedules, social lives and a growing interest in health increasingly overlap. Instead of asking parents to completely change the way they live, Ribambelle is creating experiences that allow wellbeing to become part of the things families are already doing: eating together, spending time together, learning and having fun.
The distinction matters as this is not positioned as a diet campaign or medical programme, but as an exploration of the different ways families can build healthier habits without losing the pleasure and spontaneity that make quality time together meaningful.
From healthcare to the family table
Across the 10-week programme, Ribambelle will explore different dimensions of family wellbeing through a series of experiences and activities for children aged 0–12 and their parents.
Healthcare is one part of the conversation. MedPalm Poly Clinic and MedPalm Dental are joining as the Main Partner of the Season, bringing healthcare, dental and wellness expertise into the programme.

Nutrition will also take centre stage, with The Broth Lab joining as the Co-Partner for Nutrition & Recipes. The collaboration will introduce a focus on wholesome, family-friendly nourishment, helping demonstrate that nutritious food does not have to mean sacrificing flavour or enjoyment.
Additional partners will join throughout the season, creating a programme that evolves across its 10 weeks rather than focusing on a single aspect of wellbeing.
Why family wellness matters now
The growing wellness movement has transformed the way adults think about health, from what we eat and how we move to how we sleep and manage stress. Yet family wellness remains a relatively new space, particularly when it comes to creating experiences where parents and children can participate together. That is the gap Ribambelle is looking to address.
Rather than separating children’s activities from adult wellness, Family Wellness Season creates a shared environment where healthy choices can become part of family culture. A conversation about nutrition can happen around a table. Movement can become play. Learning can happen through experience and wellbeing can become something children associate with enjoyment rather than restriction.

For families, that may ultimately be the most useful lesson of all: healthy living does not have to look perfect to be meaningful.
A new chapter for Ribambelle
Two years after opening in Dubai, Ribambelle is using its anniversary not simply to celebrate how far it has come, but to explore where family experiences could go next.
Through Family Wellness Season, the Bluewaters destination becomes a meeting point for food, health, education and connection. At a time when wellness is increasingly woven into Dubai’s lifestyle, Ribambelle is asking a more family-focused question: what if feeling good & healthy was something we learned to do together?
