Super Sup Fit: The High-Rise Workout Worth Waking Up For
What happens when Pilates meets one of Dubai’s most spectacular settings? Super Sup Fit’s Pilates & Yoga Sculpt at ZETA SEVENTY SEVEN combines controlled movement, deep core work and balance with extraordinary Palm and Gulf views. Challenging yet calming, the experience turns a morning workout into something that feels almost like a holiday.

There are workouts that leave you feeling accomplished, and then there are workouts that somehow feel like an experience you will remember long after your muscles stop complaining. Super Sup Fit’s Pilates & Yoga Sculpt at ZETA SEVENTY SEVEN, inside Address Beach Resort, falls firmly into the second category.

Perched 77 floors above JBR, with the Palm, Dubai Marina and the Gulf stretching out below, this is not exactly your conventional morning fitness class. Even before the first movement, there is something slightly surreal about arriving at one of the world’s highest infinity pools for a session surrounded by nothing but sky, water and that unmistakable Dubai skyline.
Super Sup Fit was founded by Sophie, a former professional dancer from London and Pilates instructor who believes movement should feel good. The idea was born from a sun-soaked moment in Greece, where one dreamy stand-up paddleboarding experience inspired her to recreate that same holiday feeling through movement, water and beautiful locations around the world.

In Dubai, that philosophy has translated into experiences that feel as much about joy and discovery as they are about fitness. The class combines slow sculpting Pilates and yoga-inspired flow with intentional movement and deep core work. It sounds serene, and parts of it are, but don't mistake the beautiful surroundings for an easy workout.
The biggest challenge for me was maintaining my equilibrium. Working through controlled movements while keeping your balance requires much more concentration than you might expect, and suddenly those small, seemingly simple movements start asking quite a lot from your core.

There is something satisfying about that kind of challenge though. Rather than rushing through repetitions, the class encourages you to slow down, focus on your alignment and really feel the muscles working. Your core is constantly being called upon, while the controlled movements also engage your strength and stability.
As the class moves between Pilates and yoga-inspired sequences, there is a great balance between effort and release. One moment you are concentrating intensely on keeping your balance; the next, you are moving through a slower sequence and taking in the breath-taking view.
There is something about exercising at that height that changes the atmosphere completely. A regular morning workout suddenly feels like a mini escape, especially when the sun is beginning to brighten the water and the city below is already coming to life.

The energy is high, but never frantic. That is perhaps what I enjoyed most about the experience. It manages to make you work hard without making the class feel punishing. There is a sense of focus and physical challenge, but also a feeling of being somewhere completely removed from the usual rhythm of the city.
Then comes the best part: you don't have to leave immediately. The experience includes two hours of complimentary pool access, meaning the workout can easily become a full morning of wellness. After the final stretch, there is time to slow down, get into the water and simply enjoy the setting.
It is also a reminder that wellness does not always have to feel serious. Sometimes it can be a beautiful morning, a challenging workout, a little sunshine and an extraordinary view.
The Pilates & Yoga Sculpt sessions take place at 8am and 9am on Thursdays and Sundays, costs AED 377 and all levels are welcome.
